How do I book an appointment?
Register or login as a patient, then go to
Book Appointment
. Select your department, doctor, date and time slot, enter your reason for visit and confirm.
What are the hospital working hours?
Our OPD is open
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
. Emergency services are available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. Login to your patient account, go to
My Appointments
, and click the Cancel button next to any pending appointment.
How do I view my prescriptions?
After logging in as a patient, go to
My Prescriptions
from the sidebar. All prescriptions written by your doctors will be listed there.
How do I reset my password?
On the Patient Login page, click
Forgot Password?
. Enter your registered email, answer your security question, and set a new password.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept
Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Online Transfer, and Insurance
. Payment is processed at the billing counter after your consultation.
